Our story started on my father's concrete floors
I learned flooring from my father, working beside him on concrete floors from the time I was old enough to push a broom. The first thing he taught me was that a floor is only as good as the concrete under it. I started Slabline DeSoto Epoxy Flooring here in DeSoto in 2023 so I could do the work the way he showed me, with the preparation done properly before any coating goes down.
Here in DeSoto and the cities around it, homeowners call us about garages, basements and pool decks, and local businesses call us about shop and warehouse floors. We're best known for coated and polished concrete, and most of what makes those floors last is the part you can't see once the job is done. I'd rather turn down a job than put a coating where it won't hold, and I'll tell you so politely and plainly. You'll find everything we do on our home page.
The values behind every floor we do
These are the things my father taught me and the things our customers tell us matter most. Each one is something you'll see for yourself, from the first visit to the finished floor.
The person who quotes your floor runs it
I come out to look at your floor and measure it myself, and I'm on site running our own small crew while the work is done. The person who quoted your job is the one making sure it's done right.
Preparation comes before any coating
We spend real time grinding, repairing and checking your concrete before anything goes on it, because that's where a floor that lasts begins. If the slab needs other repair first, we'll say so before we quote, even when it means less work for us.
A written estimate you can compare
Your estimate names each coat and each step of the job, so you know what you're paying for and can compare quotes fairly. We're licensed and insured, and our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
What to expect from first call to finished floor
Here's how a job runs with us, step by step. The size of your floor, the condition of the slab and the system you choose set the price and the schedule, and your written estimate gives you the figure for your own floor.
Call or send a message

I visit and measure
I come out, look at your concrete and measure it myself. You get a free written estimate with no obligation, and if we're unsure whether a permit is needed, we check with the city's building office first.
We prepare and finish your floor
When a permit is needed, we pull it ourselves and plan the work around the city's inspections. Then our crew prepares the slab, lays each coat and cleans up before we hand the floor back to you.
